Hello.

I have just buyed the game (using steam) and when i try to start a new game or when i check the downlodable items says to me that ther is not autorized all the downlodable content except awakening. The error message says that i have to use the same account that i used to buy the game to get it.

But i'm using the same. My steam account is the same that i'm using now to login the game and to post this message. And if i check the DLC page usning this account i can see al the DLC and i have just used the CD-Key of steam to unlock all of the DLC using this account.

Any help?

Hello again. The problem was that service that install the game is stopped. I have just repaired it. Thanks and sorry.
