The main one that i see is the Dark energy plot line, It was why Tali was on that planet and it was also brought up by the Novaria cop on Illum. If its not a danager maybe it'll be a potential weapon vs the reapers. Any other plots that werent resolved yet that could be in in ME3?

Well if you read the planet desciptions, the one about the great rift, that could indicate a super weapon of mass destruction, a real one at that. xd
