Also, whenever I click on the DLC's in question to download them again from the Available Content section, it says that i already own them. THEN WHY ARE THEY STILL SHOWING IN AVAILABLE CONTENT????
Both WItch Hunt and Leilianas Song are not showing in Other Campaigns.

Another thing: Is Leiliannas Song not comapatible with patch 1.04? It was showing that I needed 1.03 but I manually updated to 1.04 right after I installed the game.

You posted this in the gamers' forum for PC Tech problems. You can IGNORE the foolishness of naming it in a way that seems to say it may be an "official" site, when it most certainly is not, since EA provides official support. They are where you have to go to file an official complaint.Zipline58 wrote...
I purchased 1600 Bioware Points and bought Leilianas Song, The Golems, and Witch Hunt. I have Patch 1.04 installed. After puchasing them trhough the ingame menu they downloaded but refused to install. Leilianas song showed that I needed to be at version 1.03 (WTF?????) and the others showed that I needed to install 1.04 (again, WTF??????) Now they are back in the available content section but I am down to less than 200 BIoware Points. I feel cheated and I am very frustrated, borderline furious. First of all WTF is goin on here? and secodn of all, how do i get my points back?
There is a separate forum for discussing the points problems with other gamers, and still another forum for discussing the screw ups of the web site, which is what your complaint involves, as opposed to any actual problem with the game itself.
But all of the forums here are gamer to gamer messages. Just as the headers in here proclaim, EA is the actual support, such as there is.

But if you never had the DLC "authorized" in the first place, that's a seperate problem. You should only have to start the game and log-in to your EA account, wait about (1) minute, then check the "Installed Content" tab of the "Downloadable Content" screen to see all your "Enabled" DLC.

I don't know what's going on but I also lost my game registration and Bioware points. I hadn't played for months and didn't know about any problems until I tried to play today. Re-registering the CD key caused some promo items to disappear. EA support were able to bring them back for me but the issue of points has been escalated to a higher level so I'm still waiting for that to be sorted out.
EA will ask you why you took so long to report a problem & you will end up repeating over and over that you had not played for awhile. At least you can tell them you are not the only person here to have this problem!
