So, just completed my first playthrough and was curious if all of the after stories for party members change based on your ending?
Obviously if Alistair takes the killing blow or something he won't be in it but quite a few of mine basically said they went off into no one knows where.

Each of the characters have different endings (or lack thereof) depending on how your game went, I think. For instance, first time I played through. Leilana helped on the expedition to the urn of sacred ashes; the second time, she went to Orlais to track down her mentor. Not sure if all characters have different endings, but I know that at least several do.

Interesting. Leliana wrote a ballad and after one performance disappeared. I believe it said she went to Orlais, but didn't specify tracking down her mentor.
I'm going to have to take Morrigan up on her offer next playthrough, I imagine that changes things quite a bit.
And yes, the slideshow story thing.
