Hello,

For Christmas I happily recieved a nice new copy of ME2, having loved the first game I am looking forward to playing it.

When I opened it up and went to new game -> Import ME1 character, then I am presented with a blank screen and no saves to choose from.

I have just finished ME1 so there are relevant saves on my hardrive to choose from, also I am getting the 1.02 patch incase there is a bug.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please?

What you are doing wrong is not using the import facility in the ME2 configuration.

Start ME2. Select Configure.

5th option on the left says "Save Games". Go in there and click the import button.
