I attempted to make my first purchase of BioWare points back on the 11th November. Twice. Both PayPal payments were rejected according to my account summary however a PayPal payment of £6.19 was taken, but no points added to my account.
At the time, I emailed several times and allowed a week or so for a reply each time, but was completely ignored. I tried making a PayPal claim but was today informed that my claim was not successful as their policy is not to refund for intangible goods.
Will someone at BioWare please either refund my money or give me some points! You've had my money for more than a month and a half now and I'm unimpressed to say the least that nobody can be bothered to answer customer enquiries.
