I never ever had lag in v1.02a at all ever. I had silky smooth frame rate the whole time from start to end.

If the uniform is stuck on ur char and u don't have a save spot try this out.
Not Sure if anyone said this but you can use the cheat runscript zz_economizer it drops all items on all your chars back into ur inventory
If you don't know how to use the cheat, copy paste "CTRL-C/CTRL-V" the following into ur browser

ONLY problem is the gear is still in ur inventory and can't be destroyed. Do a NEW save.
After using the cheat to drop the gear into ur inventory use the Winter forge mod to destroy it(i think this mod will work) . from this site or http://www.dragonage...file.php?id=122

Got told Winter Forge mode will not delete it 
but you can still put the gear in ur intentory using the runscript zz_economizer cheat.

Looks like I'm encountering this bug a year after these other posts, and apparently even now nothing has been done about it. What is the sense in forcing armor on a character that cannot be unequipped, anyway? Seems like a degenerate inbred game designer idea. I guess I'm done with this game and all other Bioware products. And just to make myself feel better, I'm going to start encouraging my friends to boycott Bioware, too.

Sorry you feel that way, but there was no need to bump a dead and decaying thread to state you are done with Bioware. Bioware rarely reads these threads anyway, this forum is for users helping other users, and mostly we don't care if you buy Bioware it doesn't effect us at all. If I remember correctly, as soon as I entered the basement, I was confronted and the disguise went away, so it is only a few people having the issue. The other thing is, you are allowed to have as many saves as your hard-drive will hold, if you don't have a backup for glitches then that is your issue, not Biowares.
If you want help fixing, then try the fixes in this thread, or post a new one.
