Hiall, Ok so i'm having trouble with the Bioware site. I fell in love with Mass Effect and was on the forums and found a link to the store from there on the N7 hoodies and such. It worked fine and all. I didn't want to buy it then. Rethinking it though I decided to buy it or look around so the next day i got back on and now the site is not working. It gives me the mass effect, dragon age, and bioware store options on the side but it doesnt show me anything else. I tried it on 4 of our computers and on ym phone.The sitecame up and showed everything on my phone but not on any of the computers.

Does anyone have any idea why?
Any help is appreciated. THanks

the store is okay for me EXCEPT that the code THEEND10 gives me a $5 discount on $68 worth of merchandise, which is not even 10%, let alone the 25% it is supposed to be!

I've been having issues with internet explorer not showing the store at all. Safari works fine though. I was actually going to make a new thread to discuss this. I've tried several things but can't seem to get IE to work with the site at all. In the past I've used IE to do all my purchasing so it's weird.

Not sure if it's fixed or because Firefox is just awesome, but it seems to be working fine for me. Everything seems to be displaying fine, and the coupon code give a $12 discount on $80 dollars worth of product...still bad math, but at least its better. Maybe they are tryin to fix it...?

Jedi - whats up with the xmas-new year promo code? It was advertised as giving 25% off any order over $60, but no one it seems has gotten anything close to that (the closest is me, it seems, and its only giving a $12 discount off an $80 order)...?

Ya, I had an issue with IE9beta but compatibility mode got it working again. Whenever you use IE if something doesn't seem right either turn on or off compatibility mode and it will work perfectly based on all my experience with IE.

The coupon code should be working. There are some items that it doesn't work on, Action FIgures, Gift Certificates, etc. If you have a specific issue you can PM or send in a case to CS.

There appears to be an issue with Chrome right now too. I tried to place an order and it took me to a page stating that Treehouse Stores were down for maintenance. This happened about 3 times before I switched to Firefox and the order went through fine.
