I have this texture glitch where all the characters skins doesn't show completely. Bits and peices of there skins have gray and black stripes on them. Here's some information about my computer if it will help. I have a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 7. Here's all of my graphics information:

Are you referring to playing Mass Effect 1, or 2?
You might want to try installing Direct X 9c. It won’t over-write your Direct X 10, it will just add all the DX9 stuff that most of the older games need to run properly.
This worked on my Win 7 64 bit system, which until recently I was using the on-board Intel Graphics adapter. Hope that helps...
