I haven't played ME2 in a while, but I decided to play again 2 weeks ago. First, my sound completely cut off except for sound effects. I reloaded the save and all the sound came back. From then on, the sound seems different. "Muffled" is the only adjective I can think of that would describe it. Any fixes?

something similar has been happening to me. About 40 hours in, on disk 2, arround the time I did the IFF mission, voices, footsteps, doors opening all go soft.....turned off the 360 then on, back to normal but will do it a couple hours later
Never had this issue on first playthrough.....this is the first time since Ive downloaded all DLC, and with the 360 software upgrades, wonder if a conflict somewhere? Weird to have it happen so late into game

Yeah it was around the same time frame for me too. I'm at about 45 hours. And it happend after LoTSB, and I never had a problem before that. Perhaps it's LoTSB thats causing it.

That possible...my first playthrough was without the mission DLC....second game - with the most audio issues - was with all the mission DLC, so a conflct of some kind isnt out of the question
The new sound issues all happened on disk 2; not sure if relevant, but I had both disks copied to my HDD, so I have close to 14.5 - 15.5 gigs of Mass Effect material, including all DLC on there...
