I have this annoying issue,I know it is common but I still haven't found any solution.I didn't find any topic of this by using the searching tool nor by manual searching,I tried this toolset on my 3 computers (7,Vista,Vista) and they all had this issue.I'd love to create some mods but,obviously,I can't.And I'm also kinda disappointed in BioWare,it should've been fixed long time ago.I also found the wiki's procedures too complex,please help me.
