Hello there! Firstly sorry for making a entirelly New Topic for this but I failed to see another :(

Anyway, as the title suggests for the life of me I just do not understand how I autherise 'downloaded content'. In-game under Installed Content, all my content appears as Unautherised and I am told - by cursor hovering - that I need to log onto the profile with the downloaded content, well I got it all from Steam for a start. However, I have registered the Game and Promo-code for the content (got the code from Steam) and all seems to be where it should be, I guess. But I see nothing about autherising!?

Thanks in advance for help and taking time to help a whiner! :P

You have to create an EA account and then use that information to log in through the in-game menus

This is the DA2 forum, the unreleased sequel to Dragon Age Origins.

Typically, you just need to enter your account details in the login box (bottom-left corner ofn the main screen, the email and password you used to login on this forum), and it should authorize the DLC after a couple of seconds.

Otherwise I suggest browsing this forum for people with the same problems and existing workarounds.

Try uninstalling the game and the reinstall it along with the DLC. That's what worked for me when I had this problem.

Go to this link social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

It tels you what you should have access to. You have to be logged on of course.

On the first menu screen of Dragon Age click on downloadable content and see if anything is available for download. If not, Steam didnt download it for you. I'm not sure, as I dont use steam, but I think you should be able to download everything from there.

Make sure you are logged in before you do the above.

Tabs are available content (items you have not pruchased/downloaded), Download progress and installed content. Is there anything under Available content or intelled content?
