I though of this interesting idea that my human-centric (Pro Humanity) Shepard would cheat on Liara in ME3 only if there was a F/F romance option in ME3. Because Liara is technically not human, I do not count Liara romance as female on female.
With that being said, Nubia Shepard has stayed faithful to Liara all the way through LOTSB. I never felt any connection between the two as Liara was just a piece of butt rather than a full out romance like my Ashley Williams romance playthrough. Besides, Nubia Shepard is strongly pro-human so she would dump Liara any day for a human female. That would be the only way she cheats on Liara in ME3 and because she is lesbian, a human male wouldn't cut it for her, it has to be a human female.
So thats mine, are there any scenarios in which you would consider cheating on your ME1 or ME2 romance in ME3?
You will cheat on your ME1/ME2 romance in ME3 only if....

I felt no connection to Liara or Ashley. I left Ash to die every time except for the romance play-through. Liara... meh.
Miranda is... interesting. The romance was more about the sex then actual dialogue that connected you to the game. With the camera shoving a picture of her **** in your face every couple of minutes, I had a hard time resisting romancing her on my first play-through.
I never took the time to romance Jack, but I probably should. I honestly don't like talking to her character, and if I did get her in bed, I wouldn't think twice about cheating on her in ME3.
I'm a kinda-sorta Tali fan, so I definitely wouldn't go for someone else on that character. She's just so cute for a game character. I can't help it. O_o

My MaleShep will never cheat on Tali. Never. He carried a torch for her throughout ME1 and when they finally got together in ME2 he never looked back.
My FemShep was gearing up for a romance with Kaiden but he died on Virmire, so she sought solace in Garrus' scaly arms in ME2. I think she'll always love him, but romance could return to close & supportive friendship in ME3 if there's a particularly interesting romance option.

After messing up her relationship with Kaidan on Horizon and finding peace with Thane, I can't see my Shepard starting another relationship in ME3, let alone cheat. I don't think I could find a way to justify it. If there's a timeskip and Thane is dead, I don't see her jumping into another relationship--too soon, and too painful, especially if she watched him die of Kepral's. If there's no timeskip and he's still with her, I couldn't come up with a story reason to ditch him for someone new. A new LI every game might be too much for me!

This. None of my maleSheps with ever replace Miranda.
As for my femSheps, it is hard to imagine breaking up with Thane or Liara, and as for Kaidan, Rhea Shepard hopes for a reconciliation, while Louise Shepard, hmm....that's actually possible, her romance with Kaidan is in the past and she sees much potential in Cerberus. It would depend wholly on the characters we're presented with in ME3.
BTW, does anyone else think we might not be getting new LI characters in ME3?

My main was a bit flirty with Ashley, then she got blown up into pieces with me as a player sitting like this O_O oh she died...Kaiden...my bro...eh...well okay! Good to know you survived. Ended up with Miranda in second game. Couldn't be all rude and say no when she was so confused and sad.
Tali is a favourite although.

Miranda will remain the one and only.
I usually start romancing ash in me1 then leave her to die so I never have the problem.
The idea of romancing jack repulses me

No. I'll be staying with Ashley as Maleshep and Kaidan as Femshep no matter what.

No. Unless they come up with something even better than Thane in ME3, my Shepard's are staying with their original LI, and any who may have 'cheated' already have.
This game has enough options already, lol. They should beef up the existing romances and complete them in ME3, rather than introduce more (unless they are already pre-existing characters)

I would create a new Shepard if they introduce (interesting) new LIs, but my "canon" Shep won't cheat on Liara.

My Shepard's heart belongs to Kaidan. The only Shepard that doesn't belong to Kaidan is the two playthroughs I have to experience the different story arcs (unfaithful Shepard and single Shepard - and even that hurt to do it)

6 malesheps....all romanced Miranda and no one else. You think given all the alternatives I was offered and I then outright rejected, someone is going to replace her? Hah!

Nope. If my characters could make it through one game single, they can make it through another if I absolutely must. Also, if there is someone that interesting, I'll just make a new character. My main waited for Garrus, and my others don't take relationships so lightly as to dump Liara or Kaidan for someone new (they didn't in ME2, so yeah).
