Is there any equivalent to Gibberling3's fixpack for BG2 for NWN2? I enjoy using them in games.

Nothing like that per se.
My NWN2 Makeover SoZ Edition fixes some bugs, but it's primary reason for existence is to enhance the OC with features more like those in SoZ and provide some alternate plot decisions.
There is a fairly recent bug fix release in the vault, but it has been reported to be primarily a mechanism for the author to make the game behave as he wished.
The vault includes a number of other fixes, most of which involve enabling content that was only partially implemented by Obsidian.
