Sorry if I am rehashing something that has been answered already, but I just have to know. The glitch in the Omega: Packages for Ish quest, has it been patched on the 360? If not, will it ever be?

I'm guessing not because last night I got Ish to leave the planet, received the experience for the quest and it is still active.
