Every time I try to start a new exterior area in the toolset all I can see in the map area is blue. Anything I try to place on the screen will only show their shadows. Am I doing something wrong? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I also verified the files.

Nvidia video card? They have a driver issue.

Well this is embarrassing. I solved the problem. Turns out I had the Sky Option selected somehow. Anyway sorry bout that.
