just curious to see what others chose to do in ME1 for their "official" ME2 carry-over.

I hadn't played ME1 in a long time, but the first character I chose to import was:

who it turned out had:

Gotten nasty with Liara
Killed Kaidan (on principal, I always try to kill characters who sound like Carth Onasi)
Saved the Rachni Queen
Saved the Council
Picked Anderson as the new council member
Stuck a gun in fanboy's face
Verbally punked Al-Jilani at her own game
Did not kill Wrex
Did not whack the new crime boss (old chick)
Saved the colony from the mind controlling uber-weed
Spared the asari chick who was cloned by the uber-weed

I still have to make a canon shepard, but I'm ganna metagame a liitttle bit now the plot line for me3 is a bit more clear. Shepard is supposed to rally the civilizations of the galaxy to save earth, I'm going to make sure there are at least a view civilizations left that I can rationianalize (save the geth and krogan cure for example, not so sure about the rachni yet. Proboably will turn spectre status down in mass effect 2, feels more like a gimmick in the first than an actual status. Plus, former spectre sounds more badd-ass ;d.

I have a female Shepard import that romanced Liara, killed Ashley, save the Rachni Queen but lose the Council. I just imported my male Shepard that didn't romance anyone (so I could have a ME2 romance), killed Ashley as I accidentally romanced her and didn't want it to carry over, saved both the Rachni Queen and the Council.



For both I kept Wrex around because he is, well, Wrex.
