A list of things I want to see included in ME3.

Removable helmets.
This means like ME1. I MUST have the ability to wear my helmet during combat and remove it for coversations. None of this your helmet is glued to your head until you get back to the Normandy nonsense.

Melee based assassin powers for Thane Krios.
Like Kasumi's shadow strike. I can't quite figure out how bioware missed this in ME2. All of Thane's conversations and all information reguarding him present him as the most efficient hand-to-hand assassin in the galaxy, with barely a mention of his having biotics. And yet, in game he has two biotic abilities and a (rather useless imo) ammo power. Now, I find his biotic powers very useful and I can understand that bioware would rather use existing powers than develop new melee powers, but to then reveal Kasumi who has a hand-to-hand assassinate power is just rediculous.

Meaningfuly including squad members from ME1 & 2 (if still alive).
While I know it will take massive ammounts of time and effort on bioware's part to make it where, if your squad mates survived in ME2, you can still use them in ME3, I also know it would will be completely lame and unrealilistic for Shepard's newly recruited squad to be absent when it's time to take the fight to the reapers. And I most certainly do NOT want to see garbage like"Oh no! Shepard's entire squad were inside that building that just got hit by a nuke!" That would be so lame I might just drop a nuke on bioware!

Meaningfuly including major player decisions from ME1 & 2.
Still kinda mad that bioware auto decided some decisions from ME1.

Improved ammo system.
Alright, so I wasn't utterly thrilled with the switch from the overheating weapons mechanic to the heat clip one, but I wasn't overly troubled with it either. While I think it worked quite well and the need to reload felt like a natural substitute for waiting on your weapon to cool down, I have one complaint with it. Maximum clip storage. I'm a sniper by nature and a sniper by trade and I found it annoying and rather absurd that I was forced by the game to leave my cover and scrounge for spare clips or switch to different gun just because Shepard didn't bring more than 12 clips for the widowmaker. I think bioware should work on some variations to the ammo clip idea in ME3. Like letting you pool your ammo clips from all your guns or mabey keep the reload mechanic while getting rid of the ammo capacity all together. Just as long as I can snipe to my hearts content.

Armor for all squadmates, not just costumes. They can be static, individual outfits if they must, but please, please, let them look like something that is practical on combat or hostile envirorments!

Answers. ME 2 introduced way to many out of the blue concepts and events that were never explained to my satisfaction. Topping the list was the entire concept of the Lazarus Project and what the Collectors ultimate plan was (we know the what, but not the why)

Consequences: For two games now we've had our choices either trivialized or brushed aside. Time for some payoff! For good or for ill.

Banter. See Dragon Age Origins for an example of banter done well. No more mute squaddies!

Fast talking. In ME 1 there were a few missions where if you make the right dialogue decisions (typically diplomacy/intimidate choices) you could actually avoid combat. In ME 2 the closest we had to that were renegade interrupts where you can start shooting while the other guy's talking. I'd like to see a return and expansion on the ME 1 idea.

And just because it's so important: Consequences. Again.
