So. How many shepards do you have?

I personally have made around 9, trying to get every LI, with every base covered on decisions.

So instead of the 6 I originally had in ME1, I've got 2 (male and female) 100% complete and waiting for ME3.

funny thing is, I prefere the female sheps, the male shep is almost 2 dimensional, no real personality, could be the VA.

Most of the important decisions are just in one direction or the other, but I'm curious to see how things like Tali's loyalty mission play out, if they play out.
1) Tali gets exiled...but nothing else happens.
2) Evidence brought out, quarians in uproar, likely civil warring between the species
3) Tali gets a free pass, choose whether to have them a) fight the geth head on,
"Twelve. Two mains (the ones I'm doing complete trilogy playthroughs with, and their faces and classes never change) and ten minis (of multiple decision variances where everything's up for grabs)"
....

I always play "alter-ego" characters. I might go through another playthrough just to try out different classes or tweak my save into a better one. The character however, always acts the same, looks the same, romances the same person etc.
I simply can't force myself to play differently. Tried full Renegade on ME1, couldn't get past Citadel *shrug*

Definitely the VA. The lines and characterization are the same, otherwise.

Truly though 3 for ME1 100% and 1 for ME2 with an additional 70% for the second play-through.
Edit and 2 Malesheps for ME1 and 1 Maleshep for ME2 with 1 FemShep playthrough for both

3 MaleSheps and 3 FemSheps. Each of them have their own class(Adept, etc.) And each of them have their own morals(FullRen., etc.)
this exactly is my plan

I can see why you'd go for that, it's hard to feel like your shepard is tailored to your alter ego when there's 50 bazillion of them, all making different choices for the sake of seeing all the possibilities.

Primarily though, two--Both Paragade, with very different attitudes for the most part. My favorite Renegade is still being run through in ME1, taking my time on her, enjoying Engineer

Rachel: Paragade/Sentinel or Engineer
Veronica: Renegon/Vanguard
Indira: Paragon/Soldier
Miyuki: Paragon/Adept
Natalie: Paragon/Infiltrator
They all romance Liara cuz I'm weak.
