Considering that over the course of two games, Shepard will have killed enough mercenaries, Heretic Geth, Tank Bred Krogan, Collectors and random thugs to populate a decently sized Moon based colony, I feel it is a little hypocritical to call Jack out on killing people.
Hell, Shepard clearly has a talent for killing people, and its safe to assume he enjoyed doing it or at least, players enjoyed doing it. So if anything, the 'killing people' thing only makes them more like peas in a pod.

I don't want cuddles-and-cream Jack: she's hard and a bad-ass for a reason. If you romanced her in ME2, than I do want some development of her into less of an "I'll kill anything if it moves" to a "I'll kill you if you try to come at me." Also, a tank-top wouldn't be horrid.

I think that her current looks support her personality properly as it is. Changing her looks just wouldn't seem right, even if it were the smallest of changes.
