I needed to move my X360 save file to PC. I couldn't find any tools created for this purpose, so i decided to create one myself.

Tool is fairly easy to use. You just need to create user account and upload your save files (.pcsav for PC and .xbsav for X360). After uploading you have option to download save in Xbox or PC format.

In future i'm planning to extend this tool with features like editing, sharing etc.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Most PS3 save files are encrypted or locked (like Heavy Rain, i can't even copy game save from HDD to my pendrive...). I don't think it's gonna be possible.

this means people in pc in the future will be able to give their files to console users, like fallout gameS?

This means you can use PC saves on Xbox 360 and vice versa. So yes.

with gibbed, tried doing it with hex. It can't do it.

Apparently from Darth's explanation gibbed doesn't work for it, and you need the...coaels w/e w/e files or something. Its been something we beenw aiting for. The guy who made gibbed ws going to do it... or at least I think he was because one of the tabs has the name "powers". But he lost interest in gibbed and never upgraded it..... sad sad sad.

So yeah man I been trying with gibbed changing the wording, changing the names... tried just bonus powers, I tried normal powers to, but normal powers dont work on shep so just stuck with bonus powers but to no avail. If you can crack it, and it works, I will give you 20 bucks... minus w/e the money order is :P I have said it I will do it :P

Still thanks for the tool. hopefulyl we will find lots of mods coming from pc users.

This is just save game modifying tool, it can't mod your game like PC version (because we don't have access to .ini files).

I have encountered a problem which I seemed to have forgotten about. I don't have Cerberus network on my Xbox, and I do on the PC. Naturally the PC save uses resources from the Cerberus network free DLCs. I also can't seem to upload any .xbsav files here, so is there any way I can get this file uploaded to you?

Interesting, maybe it can help us Xbox guys find hex locations of stuff we haven't found yet. I really don't plan on buying the PC version though (my PC probably won't run it too well). Maybe if I see it under $10.

You can remove DLC requirement from saves with Gibbed's ME2 Save Editor. Go to the raw tab -> Information ->
Dependent DLC. Then remove each DLC from the list.

edit: @Spartas you can upload and share files with megaupload.com, gamefront.com, mediafire.com, rapidshare.com, etc...

I was just suggesting to him so if he wanted to test stuff himself.  Removing the requirements from the saves doesn't effect anything in the game. If you have the DLC it will still be there and all the stuff you got won't be effected at all (squad members, weapons, upgrades, etc). If you don't have the DLC, the content just won't show up but the save can still load.

Actually...I did try removing the DLC requirement. I ended up with a bugged Miranda and completely black skin color and face. My problem is that I have the DLC on the PC, and I don't  on xbox. So my xbox won't load the modded PC save I have. I asked Spartas Husky if there was some way I can get him the save I modded.
