I used this excellent tool to transfer one of my 360 saves over to PC to make some screenshots of my femshep.

thank you for the update. quick question though - it says on the index page that there's ME2 plot table editor? when I open up my imported saves, I can only seem to edit the legacy, aka M1 plot flags. am I doing something wrong, or is it not yet available? Or am I misreading the sentence?

Epic Legion... man... you have NO IDEA how helpful this has been. I recently lost ALL of my ME2 saves on my 360 due to unknown causes, and I could not stand the thought of having to replay every one of them. With this tool, I was able to transfer my ME3-ready PC saves to my 360 and save myself loads and loads of time getting up to speed on 360.

+Infinite Cookies/Thumbs up/Brofists/you name it

Seriously, there are no words in existence that can properly express my gratitude to you for making this possible.

Right now only ME1 variables are available. It's different than Gibbed though, it takes effect immediately (no need to use New Game +). ME2 decisions will be added after ME3 release. Right now it's impossible because I need data from save game importer.

You can't download it, it's online tool. If converted save works in ME2, import will be fine.

Just tested it, works fine. Try different username or email.

I've tried it in 4 different browsers with 4 different emails as well as usernames. Not sure whatz going on.

As soona s I finish putting the info and press register the boxes go blank.

Went through the thread and not 100% clear yet. Basically, I've played ME1 and ME2 on PC but want to switch to Xbox for 3 with the new multiplayer components announced.

Will using this tool to transfer PC ---> Xbox preserve not just my character, but all the decisions I've made over my character's story?

Thanks for the reply! One more question: how would I deal with extra content from my PC save. I have some of the Cerberus network content and the Blood Dragon armor so would I have to buy it on Xbox Live in order to use my converted save?

Also, you're not taking the tool down anytime soon, right?

Also, you're not taking the tool down anytime soon, right?

If you want load this save in ME2 you need to either buy these DLC's on Xbox or remove DLC dependencies using Gibbed's Save Editor. I can add this feature to my webtool if you need it (I don't have Xbox anymore though, can't test it).

DLC's shouldn't prevent you from importing this save to ME3 though.

And no, this tool won't be removed from server.

It may not work but in the modified gibbed's save editor under the RAW section is an area called "Dependent DLC"

Selecting it will show the list of game specific DLC installed. You could try and delete these but I don't make any promises that it will work......

You have no idea how much l adore you right now.

Geek as I am, I went and got myself a Kinect for the sole purpose of using it in ME3, only to nearly burst into tears after starting up a new Mass Effect playthrough and having to go through countless of tedious-yet-possibly-important-side-quests.

Then I stumbled upon this thread, and now I'm a happy panda once again. \\o/
