Well it would actually be him having sex with Shepard, since Shepard is the one tearing him appart, which means he would be asking Harbinger about his sex life.

I'm surprised they haven't yet. Though I have to take some blame for that though.

you guys expect too much. I think that is enough. just saying is easy but developing characters takes lots of time you don't know. so I think that Bioware won't make any nationalities whatsoever. they will reuse that element from ME 1, ME 2.

I was talking more about john q public. Everyone looks like a slight variation of everyone else. No children, everyone is about 20 years old, same body build, mostly the same hairstyles, and the only real difference is skin color.

Ummm, yeah, no. Definitely not true of the human NPCs.  When it comes to the non-humans, there's no way to know how old any of them are, nor how old they should look.

Dr. Chloe Michel from the wards in ME1 had an eastern European/Russian accent, didn't she?

Her accent is French, actually. She is probably from France originally since her first and last names are also French.

I think Dr. Cohen is Jewish.

His surname is Jewish but his accent is British. So if we are talking about nationality, he's British. Ethnic origin, if not 100% Jewish at least partly so.

A similar thing applies with Zaeed. He's got a British accent but an Arabic name. So he's probably British by nationality with Middle-Eastern ancestry.

It's mentioned in the Mass Effect novels that the future humans tend to look yonger than they actually are. A person who is 40 for example would look like they are in their late twenties. So I would actually place everyone in their mid-thirties (the humans anyway).

ME seems to be trying to show that ethnic divisions have largely broken down in the Alliance and among the colonies. It seems like Earth still has nation-states, but they are growing increasingly irrelevant. Many of the humans have names that are mash-ups of different languages, and many characters are of an indeterminate ethnic background (because the Alliance is a melting pot). Really, these games have done a better job of having diverse humans (not to mention non-humans!) than any other game I can think of.
