 I install "Wardens Keep" and "Return to Ostogar" and I think one of the holidays packs but they so not show in "New Game". Am I dumb and missing something or is something wrong?

Those expansions are not accessed through new game. They become a part of the Origins story. If you use a previous gamesave or start a new Origins one you should now find a guy in your camp who will show you to the Wardens Keep. The shopkeeper in your camp has the holiday gifts and I can't remember about Ostegar. Search the forums and you should find it.
