Okay, when the game first came out, I did activate it, and never gave me any problems until now. I was doing a new game with a ported character from ME1 and had the wrong character that I didn't want to use, and so I went back to the dashboard and went back into the game...and then it started asking me to activate the Cerberus Network. o_O
I don't remember where I placed the card that came with the game...it's probably long gone now anyway, and I really don't want to buy it.
Any help will be appreciated.

Did you clear your cache at all, thats the only time ive had to re download the network, there is a way to download DLC u have paid for already for free, but i cant remember

I cleared the cache and it still didn't work. Tried to download the Cerberus Network and it says I need to purchase it. =/
