I am currently switch from xbox mass effect to PC, personally cause I believe pc gaming is better. But I have all the DLC on my xbox can I switch from to pc via flash drive or do I have to re-buy it?

Any DLC you got through pre-order codes or promotions -- Blood Dragon Armor, Dr. Pepper helmets, Terminus armor -- are available for download on both 360 and PC after you register the code. DLC that you pay for -- Overlord, Shadow Broker, Aegis Pack, Firepower Pack, etc. -- needs to be bought separately for PC and 360.
