Hey guys just got a ps3 as well as DA: Ultimate Edition. My question is do I just go to the downloadable content below the play game in the system menu and individually install them? I installed some but when I go back to it to check if I installed it, it installs it again.

If you've installed the game itself, yes, that's exactly it. When you go in game after installing each DLC item, there will be a DLC list and it should show all of them as downloaded.
