I am reviewing the item on amazon.co.uk and it has a lot of mixed reviews concerning drm of dlcs.

Is it or is it not required permanent net access?

Is it needed only during activation of dlcs?

Does it have validation only or do I have to permanently have a conection?

Expand on this please.

I can only use a borrowed modem so I won't be able to play it !!!!

It's supposed to be a one-time activation, but it can be glitchy. If that's a concern, get the 360 version instead (with sane, installable DLC).

so it's just a one time activation - I can live with that.

no xbox though so I'll stick to pc. it's a pity producers like to torture pc gamers.

I've been playing since pac man , yet I skipped most late ubisofts games or starcraft 2. hopefully I'll get to enjoy dragon age !!!

Can you rephrase that? I don't understand what you're asking.

If you are asking if the UE version has the DLC on the discs, then yes, and you don't have to download them again. It does have an activation code for the entire UE version, though, which you must use to activate the game and all the DLC at once.

i mean in  Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition does have all stages of dlc like wardens keep, return to ostgar etc

thanks bro but only one question i have already both games but not ultimate edtion and i have the dragon armour.  the amour will be still there in the game in ultimate edtion i mean

Straight answer for cosmin haraga: the DLC is on the discs. (I already said that earlier.)

where do i activate the game? ive been looking for about 2 hours and have found nothing. i bought the retail version and ive heard that you dont need an activation code for it but when i go to install it, it wont go anywhere. keeps saying to activate it online. please help ;(
