I just bought Dragon Age Ultmate Edition from Steam and it included a lot of DLC and two different CD-keys. In order to gain access to those DLC I've logged onto my account here and registered that I own DAUE and redeemed my DLC code.
The problem is that once I've started up Dragon Age and logged onto my account, it says that my DLC is (Unauthorized) even though I've logged onto my account (the one I'm currently using, the same account I'm using now to post this message!).
I can't even access EA's own support site because it won't accept my display name. When I tell the EA support site to mail me my display name, I never get any email. I tried to register a new account against my email but it says that there already exists an account with my email.... but if that's the case then why won't it just email me my display name when I tell it to?!
