Now while reading one of the Codex's I learned there are 7 Archdemons (The 7 mages of the Imperium who tried to usurp heaven) and we learned he first Archdemon to rise up and cause the blight was Dumat. We also learn that this blight is the 4th Blight to Arise each having a new archdemon rising.
Now so that 4 archdemons dead, and the codex released the dame of all 7 archdemons, but did not state which arch demons have been killed or even the name of the arch demon you killed in this game.
My question is is there any way to find out which Archdemon you are facing and which have been killed and which 3 are left.?
The 7 Archdemons (which ones other than Dumat have been killed)

There's a codex entry in the temple of andraste by Haven that lists the demons that have been slain and which should come next (The god of beauty it was, I believe).
But I thought the Archdemons were the old gods sent to "eternal" sleep by the maker/the trickster god (depending on what pantheon you follow) and that the Tevinter mages that usurped the golden city just turned into darkspawn?

That's correct. The magisters worshiped the Old Gods, they did not become them. (That we know of)Flamin Jesus wrote...
