Is me2 DLC playable on multiple profiles on the same system?

All DLC should be playable on any profile on the same system provided you either have the licenses available locally (i.e. on the console itself) or you have access to them through Xbox Live (you have to be connected to access them this way). If any of them are not working for you, try logging in as the original purchaser first, then log in the second profile and the original profile is then free to log back offf. For some reason this works to resolve weird license issues I have yet to figure out. Also, if you want the licenses to be available locally on a different console, this can be accomplished through a user-initiated license transfer. The transfer can be done once per 12 months since the last time the transfer was user-initiated.
