i have a dell  running an intel core 2 quad cpu  2.33 ghz, 8 gigs of memory win 7 ultimate 64 bit.

in the game i cant access doors or the lock games

Video card? I'm guessing that's the problem. The game depends on a minimum frame rate in order for you to interact with objects. You can try turning down the resolution and/or turning off graphical options to bring your frame rate up and fix this.
