Nope.

David said there were three times where he's picked a voice actor and been shocked that he'd gotten his wish. One was Tim Curry with Howe, one was Fenris' VA, and one was for a female character they hadn't revealed yet.

My current assumption is that she'll be the straight, elven female love interest and companion.

Well, one was Arl Howe (I said in his write-up that he "sounds like Tim Curry"... I wasn't expecting to actually get Tim Curry). The other I can't tell you because she hasn't been announced yet, either.

Not enough info to make a call, but so far that'd be

*Rogue Hawke.

*Bethany (assuming she's even a party member): a family member that you can take with you, and a mage at that ? Yeah sounds alright.

*Aveline. Doesn't need explanation, I just like the idea behind the character. And that's the shieldbearer role fulfilled.

*And Varric I guess. Seems fitting for the one telling the story to be a big part of the journey. Plus I bet he has funny party banter with the two aforementioned ladies.



Then again, I didn't really feel Alistair before playing Origins, and I could never leave him during my first playthrough.

I've pondered about this quite a bit given new info that class determines which sibling survives.
Currently I feel like I will go with.

Hawke(Nuker/AOE Blood Mage)
Fenris(2-Hander DPS)
Aveline(Sword and Board Tank)
Isabella(Lock Picker)

Male Hawke (Archer. Dps designed to pick out mages before anyone else can / Lock picker.)



Bethany (Healing / Ice - Enthropy mage. Mainly to allow decent crowd controls and offer a chance for quick burst damage.)



Aveline, if not another S&B Companion. (To be the faux-tank, assuming everything isn't already dead!)



AoE Mage / Rogue Varric (Most likely the latter, hoping he can be specced to do duel daggers.)

With the few chars revealed i've really got no clue...typically I run 2 warriors 1 rogue and 1 mage...so in DAO it was Myself, Alistair, Leliana, and Wynne. I use Oghren more once I get him as he's not as nitpicky about what I do as Alistair is..."BUT WHY?!?!?!" "Do you wanna lead?" "No." "Then shut up!"



So at this point the with the chars released the only ones I could see me using consistently are



Varric/Isabella - Isa might be my LI, but don't know til more info



Bethany - hoping for a cooler mage



Have no intention of using Fenris or Aveline...this unknown sibling who supposedly starts out as a rivalry for you might be interesting to have around. Just don't know yet til more or released.

I doubt that anybody but the people making the game knows enough about the game to say what they'd have as a main party at all, so uh....yeah.

My first play through will be a blood mage Hawke. So Aveline as tank, Isabella for DPS and probably Varric as ranged DPS.

I like this party!

I'm expecting to probably have Fenris, Varric, and some yet-to-be-revealed male party member.  I usually get along better with the guys than the gals.

There's a preview where the writer talks about having a rivalry with BETHANY, but there's no "unreleased third sibling" floating around.

Well, I'll be giving them all a go (and probably changing them around a lot) but as for my most used, I suspect:

Female mage Hawke
Carver or Varric
Fenris or unannounced mage character
Isabela or Aveline

Ugh.. I can't decide! I want to use them all so badly.

If I cannot make a large amount of health poultices at a very cheap prices, I will probably using a healing mage even if I am a mage myself. That restricts me to one warrior if I wish to use a rogue to pick locks. I don't have much interest in Isabela or her vibe, so Varric is my rogue. I will probably be torn between Aveline and Fenris for my warrior. Aveline will be recruited early, so I will probably use her until I can use Fenris. She may grow on me depending on her content, so I cannot say for sure that I will keep her or not.
