Does this armor have boots and gloves, if so where do you find them? I
only found torso and helm. Also is it possible to spawn them using the
toolset?

According the the toolset comments, there are boots and gloves, but they are unavailable to the player, only to the npcs in the base game. Yes, you can make add items in the toolset, here is an example how http://social.biowar...5339/blog/576/.

You sure? I'm sure the whole set is in the mage's tower. I have Alistair using the whole armor.

The helm is available for sure. Gloves I can't recall for sure, though, but I know the helm and chest are. Either way, I think if you go through the mage tower you can get ahold of it all.

In my two runs through the mage tower I only ever found the chest and helm myself. Maybe that's all there is, or maybe my skill of perception is lacking and I missed the other pieces twice. You can always make custom pieces using the Templar model if you wish.

they are listed as npc only in the comments so they may not be in the loot table. So you could get them by fixing the loot table or making copies of them with new names.

I too found Helmet and Chestpiece, but never boots or gloves. I'd be very happy if someone could add them to the base game somewhere.

I think you may need to kill off Templar you would not otherwise kill perhaps. I think loading 'em out of the loader is an easier and safer method.

For the Chest there are 3 of them

gen_im_cht_mas_tmp_a (player version)

gen_im_cht_mas_tmp_b (Knight Commander's version)

gen_im_cht_mas_tmp (NPC Version)

I think that Knigh commander templar chestplate can be bought in a store, unfortunately I´m not sure where exactly

The Templar armor can be looted from a templar that a desire demon has enthralled, the helm I don't remember were. The Knight Commander Templar armor can be bougt from the human merchant outside Orzimmar and the Knight Commander helm can be found with cesar in denerim in his secret inventory (availible after you complete all the crows missions).
