These are actually pretty good points that cover what a lot of us were expecting/wishing for in ME2.

My main issue with exploration concerns both ME1 and ME2. It more or less missed the point entirely. Exploration in SciFi is about encountering mysterious and otherworldly things and possibly gaining insight into these things. ME1 offers you slightly more space to explore, but when you're just driving around looking for crashed probes or uncharted bases there is very little mystery. Actually, 'space' is the operative word, because there is no real space exploration. You're just 'driving' to planets dotted on a map, then you land and drive for another bit in the Mako.

I've long supported more exploration after the removal of the Mako in ME2. However, the more I play with the hammerhead, the less I enjoy it. I think combat is the biggest issue. I enjoy the world fidelity and the mechanics of the Hammerhead, I just really dislike the combat. I think it has to do with the camera angles and the missiles. In general, when I play the HH missions I crank the difficulty down to casual so I can just breeze through the combat, then turn it back up when I'm on foot.

My point is this, there should be more emphasis on exploration with the Hammerhead and less emphasis on combat. Or, combat should be developed to be more fun and engaging. Currently I feel like HH combat is just sniping with missiles.
