Does this armor have boots and gloves, if so where do you find them? I
only found torso and helm. Also is it possible to spawn them using the
toolset?
Templar armor?

Fairly sure that the basics are sold at the Circle Tower...as far as the unique, fairly sure its just the two...
Not sure about the toolset...
Edit/ just checked the tower and they arnt selling it...though i could swear they had the same armor type the first time i ever opened up that trade. Anyways, as far as a unique gauntlets and boots, im fairly certain they dont exist. Pretty sure its most similar to the Dragon Armor; even though the dragon armor has special gear, the hands and feet are just like the rest of the armor on that same tier, just looks different. With Templar, im fairly certain your safe finding the same armor type for the hands and feet...guessing Heavy Plate...but steel? ...weak!
