Example:
A resource named "commander.utc" has a name that is too generic and should be avoided.
In my module I did use that exact resource name and it caused problems with another mod. As my mod is standalone and the other one is an addin to the single player my mod wasn't working properly. The commander for the addin was used instead of mine and screwed up my whole mod.
Use a pre- or suffix to make it unique or add the name of the commander to it.
"knight_commander_tayna.utc" would have been a better name because that name is rather unlike to occur in the same context if not at all. "tmoi_knight_commander_tayna.utc" would be even better because I have my prefix and a rather unique name in it to avoid most conflicts.
On the other hand using the same resource name is used as a standard overwriting technique throughout the toolset and the game.
So if you use a name for resources keep in mind what purpose it has. Is it new and unique or should it overwrite another one.
