Not-so-favorite: Tali, Miranda, Jacob

Nothing wrong with their personalities (except Morinth's, that witch will die every chance I get)

Least favorite: Jacob. There is nothing wrong with him, i just don't like being forced into flirting with him. I never did any dialogue with him because the conversations were so creepy!

Favorite: Legion, Jack, Thane, Mordin (love talking to Thane and Mordin and their torn personalites/consciences). And when Mordin sings- comedic gold

Least: One thing I love about Mass Effect 2 was that all the characters were excellently written. I'd have to say Zaeed and Kasumi- if only because you can't actually talk to them except during their missions

Depends on my class. As a Vanguard, my favorites are definitely Grunt, Kasumi, and Garrus. My least favorite is Miranda. As a Soldier, my favorites were Tali and Samara, and least favorites were Jack, Miranda, and Grunt.

I basically have three list when it comes to squad mates. Those I take on missions, those I like to talk to and those who are totally worthless.

Garrus - take, don't talk to
Zaeed  - take, don't talk to
Grunt  - take. talk to
Samata- take, talk to
Legion - take, talk to

Tali - don't take, talk to
Mordin- don't take, talk to
Kasumi - don't take, talk to

Miranda- worthless
Jacob-worthless
Jack-worthless
Thane-worthless

If ME3 has some sort of percentage system where you get the squad members you used the most back. I will get Garrus, Zaeed and Grunt for sure, but I would also like to see tali, Mordin and Legion return because I like them. The rest I could leave on some random planet and not feel bad about.

I don't want to mention favs really as I like each for what they are, of course some more than others, Garrus, Miranda (Liara of course but she's not a real squad member in ME2) Legion, Zaeed, Thane, Mordin, Samara, Jack, Tali, Kasumi are all great, but Grunt and Jacob I didn't really like.

Jacob I never took on missions (other than loyalty obviously) as he was like Kaiden, didn't have much character, If they've got to have a human male then Zaeed is be a great example of a human male squad member done right.

Grunt was just wrong, plus having Wrex in the first one made me dislike him even more.

Hopefully we'll get the ultimate squad in ME3 every one from the previous games and new ones
