Yea, it's flemeth's grimore. It's in her house, you get in there with the key that flemeth droped. As a side note I believe that if you give morrigan flemeth's grimore she will be possessed by flemeth. Although I have no 'hard' evidence to back up that theory

It's hard to tell, if you talk to her before giving her the grimoire she says she gained the time to protect herself against Flemeth even without it, if you give it to her you don't really see if it has any negative consequences...
Not to mention that both Morrigan and Flemeth simply can't be trusted, anything either of them says could be true, false, or somewhere in-between, though I admit I had lingering suspicions that Flemeth took over Morrigan through her "real" Grimoire as well, but there's really no way to tell for sure....
