When you defeat a geth during gameplay, you gain credits.
How much is each type of geth worth, especially armature or colossus?
I know some geth or geth troopers are worth 10, 000credits, 15, 000 credits, and 30, 000 credits.
How much credits are each geth worth?

I can't find anywhere that has a list, but I know the amount of credits per kill goes up considerably at higher levels.

All 'bounties' scale with level. In the beginning of the game, credits are measured by the hundreds. By the 50's, the hundreds of thousands even.

And in the fine tradition of RPGs everywhere, it's not enough in the first half of the game then far more then you need in the second.
