Recently I moved Steam over to an expansion drive to free up some space. Before the move, I had DLCs Kasumi, Zaeed, Overlord, Shadow Broker, and Firewalker;  after the move I had to re-install Mass Effect 2 and DLC onto the new driver.

I was able to download all of them but Kasumi and Overlord. The installer for both initializes to 100%, then disappears and...does nothing at all. I've seen this problem elsewhere and have tried the solutions that worked for others:

-Re-downloading
-Clearing my temporary folders
-Saving the download as "All Files" instead of "Binary File"
-Waiting around 15-20 minutes after installer disappears
-Just trying to initialize it like...50 times and hoping it'll work this time

None of 'em worked. I'm not sure why they're acting up now, because they WERE installed before the move and they ran silky smooth. Any ideas?
