Hi there,

Is there a way to change the email associated with my account?  I've locked the email account currently associated with my Bioware account, so I was hoping I'd be able to change it to the one I currently use.

Not sure why you thought the support forum for the physical store could help you with an issue dealing with the BSN (gestures @Social Site Help), but....I'd suggest contacting EA Support - they would know for sure whether its possible, and likely they would be the only ones able to change it if it is indeed possible...

It is possible to change your email. Since your Bioware Account is basically your EA Account, you can edit your email here with your BW account email and password and click on 'Update my Info' once you've logged in.
