I seriously can't understand the complaints about it.

It has NO SHIELDS. Or shields made of paper...shinobi602 wrote...
I thought the Hammerhead is extremely easy to use...so much smoother than the Mako. It's a blast to use, strafing, boosting, jumping while firing missiles at targets.
I seriously can't understand the complaints about it.

Dude, hell, it's not hard to dodge incoming fire....
When you get hit, just retreat for a few seconds and let your shields recharge.....

Apparently it is that hard, since so many people are complaining. And it isnt fun to retreating every five seconds.shinobi602 wrote...

Other than its shields I had no problem with Hammerhead. But I had no problem with Mako though. It was fault of bad planet design.

Yes, this.
The best armor is arguably being able to avoid fire.

Yeah, if the Hammerhead were facing enemies with rocket launchers and nothing else, dodging wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, the majority of enemies it faces have some degree of automatic weaponry. The Hammerhead hardly gets a chance to highlight its speed and maneuverability in combat because of this.
I typically sit just out of reach of my targets and shoot them from safety. Either that, or I turn the difficulty down to casual because I don't consider Hammerhead combat to actually be important or enjoyable enough to warrant strategic thinking. The other option is to skip Hammerhead combat altogether. You don't need to fight anything with it to get the Biotic damage upgrade.

That's what I do now. It's just boring. I hate the inability to slog it out. I liked that style of vehicle combat. I also don't care for the fire-and-forget rockets. I'd much rather have to actually aim and not have to resort to tricking the targeting system in order to get it to shoot the enemy I want.
