1. WTF happened to Maric?
That has to be my NUMBER 1 question. Seriously what the hell happened to him.
2. More information about the Qunari?
They seem a savage and interesting people.
3. What happened to Alistair's Mother?
I know she is an Elve and is in another country but I wonder how she feels about Alistair.
4. What set Duncan to be Mr Responsible?
I would love a background on how he because so responsible. He seemed completely Docile in the game. When he was in the Calling, he was a rogue, never followed rules and often did stupid stuff. His transition to his current rendition reminds me a little of Jimmy the Hand to Duke James in Raymond Feist's Midkemia books.
5. The other side of the Tevinter Imperium ururping Heaven story.
I want to hear the Imperiums side of the story (through codex's or tomes). What would drive them to overthrow god.

It is also said in the book that one of the secrets about elves is that when they have a child with the human, the child becomes human. That is why you see nothing elven about him.

There is an elf in one of the books that could plausibly be his mother, but I really don't see anything about Alistair that makes him seem like he has any elf in him, and it hasn't been confirmed that she was definitely his mother as far as I know.
I think it was stated that the child of a human and an elf is 100% human (somehow), so it wouldn't be evident, but still I haven't seen any evidence that Alistair's mother was an elf...

That's a shame that it's always 100% human.
Mind you, I've been known to be wrong (on rare, if not nigh-unique occassions) and I'm quoting from memory, still I'm fairly sure about it.

5. The magisters did not believe in the Maker. IIRC, they were trying to free the Old Gods.

No offense to you, I hope you're wrong if just for the credibility of a personal project. I'll try looking at the wiki about it, though.
The cross between a human and elf is a human, but they have subtle physical differences. They tend to be a bit more slender and short. The majority of people would never notice or think of it though.

Most likely it is a recessive genetic trait. That does mean that if both parents has the recessive trait, there's 1/4 chance their child might be an elf. That chance would then halve every generation the elven lineage is removed., more or less.

This suggests there aren't any real meaningful differences between the elves and humans, and that much of the lore regarding elven past, as held by the Dalish, is embellished, misinterpreted, or outright false.
Which would fit into the world, for one we still have no idea if any of the mythologies of Thedas is technically "correct".

Elven genes are adaptive; a cross between a dwarf and elf would produce a dwarf. A cross between an elf and a qunari would (presumably) produce an qunari.

Oh, no, I agree, that's an awesome spin on the world if that's the way the devs intended us to see it. It's still sad that they decided all human/elf offspring are elves, but I don't see anything stating they are ALWAYS just smaller humans, so... a human that looks like and is mistaken for an elf. That's bound to happen at least once or twice.

Imagine the pain of conceiving the blighter. I understand qunari reproduction is lethal anyway.
