I leave the med room with my pistol that I pick up after being revived. I am told to take cover at the rail (overturned boxes?). It then shows 'hold W+spacebar to vault'. I am unable to vault over the obstacle. I have tried every key on the keyboard while pressing W. Nothing works. I am in the second room of the whole game and I can't continue. Anyone know what keys should work? Ideas?

This is not a technical problem this is a noob problem.

Try to sprint at the obstacle. As soon as you take cover keep pressing both and you should be jumping over it... and @Moondoggie

The instructions on the screen are written with default controls in mind. You have to press 'move forward' and whatever key is assigned to sprint and interact.
