**SPOILERS ALERT**

I've reached the final boss fight in "Golems of Amgarrak".
I've killed the Harvester in its first incarnation (phase 1) but reaching
phase 2 it suddenly scuttled off, and is now hiding in some sort of
ventilation duct (?), where I can't reach. At the same time I can't
leave the forge, and there are no switches or doors that can be
activated.

What's happening? What can I do?
Is this a glitch, or am I just to stupid to figure out the solution?

Try a ranged attack? Might cause it to return.
