So what really annoyed me about ME2 was those moments when your team is exposed to space or in a hazardous environment, and it just breaks immersion when you see Jack(or anyone else with exposed skin in their costume) with her totally exposed chest is not affacted at all.

ME 1 didnt have this problem because everybody had sealed Armour.

ME 2 only Shepard, Legion, Grunt, Garrus, Mordin, Tali and Thane with his full face helmet looked ok.

ME 3 Solution = Like Shepard let teammates have Armour and Casual wear.

Now when you ask team for Upgrades like in ME2 you can spend money to buy armour for that teammate from their chosen suplier INTERCHANGABLE pieces like the N7 armour for Shepard or one piece casual wear.
