Hey guys,
me and my brother are thinking of playing through the two NwN2 expansions, but we're lost as to how we should build our characters. We did try to play the first expansion several months ago, but it was pretty hard. Not that we mind a challange mind you, it's just that we felt like it was because of bad character builds.

What we would LIKE to play is:
Some sort of spellcaster fighter. Like perhaps... sorcerer / eldrich knight / red dragon disciple?

Some sort of melee char that can tank somewhat... preferrably an "agile" sort of fighter, since that's usually more fun.
Maybe some duelist combo, or somethin'? Or invisible blade?
I guess what would be most fun (however, I don't know if it's possible OR viable) is some agile fighter with some cleric heals/buffs that could actually survive more then a few secs.

If you have some idea what would work for us, or if you just have a suggestion for any fun 2 player composition, we'd truely appritiate it. Some in-depth character suggestions would be especially appritated of course. ;-)

Thanks!

Red Dragon Disciple isn't really best suited to make a Spellsword type character. It doesn't progress spellcasting, has medium BAB, also doesn't grant usefull proficiencies. You can play it if you want, but...

Wizard / EK / Fighter 8 typically works best.

Sorceror / EK / Paladin or Blackguard is another good combo due to the Charisma synergy with save bonuses, Divine Shield and Divine Might.

Agile fighter with cleric buffs/heals? I guess that screams Sacred Fist. Monk/Cleric/SF is very strong. And can even wear Light Armor without loosing the Monk/SF traits! It's quite an overpowered class.

Cleric can fill either role. Add Stormlord if you want even more power. You can go with a Cleric and an EK, to keep it more versatile.
