Drew left to do something else, but he helped outline stuff beforehand so his hand is in making the story of ME2 and ME3. Plus, the head producers help decide the direction of the game. It's not like Mac came in and screwed everything up according to his own personal opinion.



Play the end of ME1 again where Shep talks with Saren one last time before the final boss battle and hear his monologue. It is a definite indicator of things to come (came), evident in finding out some of the motivations of the Reapers in ME2.

Well, I kinda see a connection between the Lead Writer being a comic book man, and how all the major characters wear comic book outfits. Call it a hunch.
