I have a character that finished Storm of Zehir at 17th level. For testing purposes, I would like to bring this character back to level 9.

With all the level-up and trainer mods on the Vault, I was wondering if there was a good one that could de-level a character. Any recommendations?

you can use the debug givexp command to give yourself negative xp amounts, reducing your current xp

OK, I had never done that before. I guess this will reset all the skill ranks and feat selections for the characters? I'll give it a try.

not sure on skills and whatnot, but it will set you to a lower level iirc

I've used Vordan's Hero Creator, Mithdradates' Hall of Training, and FR Character Creator (I believe that was the name), and IIRC, you can de-level with any of them. You can chose the level you want to be, be it higher or lower than your current one.
